Rates
$170  per initial intake
$150 per 55 minute session
$135 per 45 minute session
$185 per 90 minute pre-marital session
$50 per pre-marital online assessment
$50 per couples online assessment

Insurance 
I am currently in network with  Premera Blue Cross, Regence Blue Cross,  and First Choice Healthcare.  As a licensed therapist many of my clients are able to be reimbursed for my services as an out-of-network provider as well.  If you are seeking Couples or Family Therapy, check with your insurance company to see if either service is covered or if they will reimburse for an out-of-network provider.  Many insurance companies do not cover Couples or Family Therapy which means a referral to another therapist on your insurance plan may not be necessary.

Payment 
Cash, check and all major credit cards accepted for payment.  I offer a same day payment discount of $10 for those paying at the time of service.

Cancellation Policy 
If you do not show up for your scheduled therapy appointment, and you have not notified me at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay the full cost of the session.
